Results Of Extraordinary General Meeting Held On 2 April 2009

The Board of Directors of Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited wishes to announce that all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 12 March 2009 were put to, and were duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today.
