As a result of a rights issue of TIH (the "Rights Issue"), ASM Asia Recovery (Master) Fund ("ASMARMF") and ASM Ventures Limited ("ASMVL") hold 4,811,111 Series A warrants and 10,819,119 Series A warrants of TIH respectively. All of the Series A warrants are held by their depository agent, HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Private Limited.

ASMARMF, as the beneficial holder of more than 20% of the issued share capital of ASMVL, has a deemed interest in the holdings of ASMVL.

Accordingly, ASMARMF has a deemed interest in 15,630,230 Series A warrants.
