As a result of a rights issue of TIH (the "Rights Issue"), ASMVL holds 36,601,536 shares of TIH and ASMHRF also holds 1,192,491 shares of TIH directly. All of the shares are held by their depository agent, HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Private Limited. Accordingly, ASMHRF has a deemed interest in 37,794,027 shares. |
