ASM Hudson River Fund ("ASMHRF") is the beneficial holder of more than 10% of issued shares of ASM Ventures Limited ("ASMVL").

As a result of a rights issue of TIH (the "Rights Issue"), ASMVL holds 10,819,119 Series B warrants of TIH and ASMHRF also holds 352,491 Series B warrants of TIH directly. All of the Series B warrants are held by their depository agent, HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Private Limited.

Accordingly, ASMHRF has a deemed interest in 11,171,610 Series B warrants.
