ASMARMF is the beneficial holder of more than 20% of the issued share capital of ASM Ventures Limited ("ASMVL"). On 22/09/2009 ASMARMF purchased 1,436,076 TIH shares via off market purchase, resulting ASMARF's total deemed interest in 73,826,804 TIH shares, of which:- 1. 36,601,536 shares held by ASMVL through its depository agent; 2. 32,729,953 shares held by ASMARMF through its depository agent after off market purchase of 1,436,076 shares; and 3. 4,495,315 shares held in trust by ASMVL as nominee for ASMARMF. All of the shares are held by their depository agent, HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Private Limited. |
