Results Of The Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited wishes to announce that all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 1 April 2010 were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held today with the exception of Resolution 6 (payment of old Directors' fees) which need not be moved, consequent to the passing of Resolution 5 (Increase in Directors' Fees).
