3. Dr Leong Ka Cheong Christopher is a deemed substantial shareholder of the Company through Transpac Investments Limited ("TIL") by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act Cap 50. TIL owns 27,230,226 shares in Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited. For Dr Leong's personal interest in Transpac Industrial Holdings Limited, 2 shares are registered under his own name while the remaining shares are held through DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. |
