The Group’s portion of the
investment is S$3,827,000.
(b) Co-investment in Batavia
Enterprise Limited (“Batavia”).
The Group’s portion of the
investment of S$2,207,000 is
in the proportion of its equity
holdings in Batavia.
(c) Co-investment in Sanmin Road
Limited (“SRL”). The Group’s
portion of the investment of
S$6,364,880 is in the proportion
of its equity holdings in SRL.
(d) Co-investment in Garden Road
Holding Limited (“GRHL”).
The Group’s portion of the
investment of S$3,819,000 is
in the proportion of its equity
holdings in GRHL.
