Riverview Management Limited ("RML") is one of the beneficial holders of ASM Ventures Limited ("ASMVL").

As a result of a rights issue of TIH (the "Rights Issue"), ASMVL holds 10,819,119 Series B warrants of TIH. The Series B warrants are held by ASMVL's depository agent, HSBC (Singapore) Nominees Private Limited.

Accordingly, RML has a deemed interest in 10,819,119 Series B warrants.
